Bucket elevator are manufactured in stable bewärter welded construction. The field of application is everywhere where pourable, dry bulk goods need to be transported.

Due to the special design of the bucket elevators is their use particularly in the seed and in the food industry where value is placed on cleanliness and purity of the pumped liquid. Also, the type 161 E is equipped for seeds. (For example spacers between belt and bucket, belt drums in a special design for purity elevator boot with cleaning slide and clamping device).

The elevator boot was constructed in its space-saving design for the lowest possible residual amounts. Even the elevator head with maintenance-free direct drive via Slip is designed with its small dimensions for small lift-over tasks in the plant.

On request the elevator with a backstop is to be equipped. As pipe connections 10 mm or 150 mm are possible.
Color design in RAL 9002 or special paint. For use in the food industry and stainless steel guide is available.

Pendulum Bucket Elevator

With PETKUS Pendulum bucket elevators, individual conveying routes can be created. Simultaneous vertical and horizontal conveying of granular and free flowing materials can be adjusted in accordance to material and required capacity. Conveying with the Pendulum bucket elevator is segregation-free, break-resistant and dust-free and thus particularly product friendly making it especially suitable for seed.

PETKUS bucket elevators are used for the gentle vertical transport of granular and free flowing bulky products, e.g. grain, pulses, oilseed and similar agricultural products. Overall, seven types are available with different bucket volumes, conveying heights and flow rates that can be customized with various motor speeds. Output rates vary between 10 and 400 t / h, tensile strength between 400 and 1000 N/mm and conveying heights between 5 and 40 m.
