The laboratory seed cleaning system MINI 180-LS3 works on the same tried-and-tested principle. The built-in fan provides large volumes of air for the suction of the vertical main sifter. Clearly arranged sieves allow easy and quick screen changes. The free-standing of the sieves is done by an automatic electrically controlled knocker device. All sorting processes can be clearly observed while the machine is running, easily and quickly corrected if necessary, and the product is emptied automatically within a short time. The worktable has a sieve rack for receiving the exchangeable sieves. The sorting result corresponds to the result achieved in practice with a high-performance seed machine. Preparation and cleaning of small samples.

The product is placed in the hopper from above and falls into the sieve box inlet after opening the vibrating flap. The product then passes through the shaking movement of the screen box in the riser stream (continuously variable), where there is a separation into light and heavy parts. The dust and spiked parts are deposited in the expansion chamber and collected. All parts that were not covered by the ascending sifter (heavy particles, grains) reach the sorting sieve and are calibrated according to the inserted hole size. Optionally, the machine is also available with deburrer. The automatic cleaning of the screen is done by an electrically adjustable vibrator, the product discharge happens in a short time. A sample sorting system Mini 40 is suitable for all types of crops and is ideal for use in the laboratory for processing small samples (1 kg).

The high-performance calibration system type MINISORT- 80 is used to calibrate precursor seed and new growth samples. All sieve hole sizes can be used which are also used elsewhere. With the plant MINI-SORT 80, it is possible to divide a seed sample into up to 13 different calibration sizes in a single pass. The machine is based on the laboratory Cleaner Type MINI 80. The exchangeables sieves of the Mini 80 are also suitable for the calibration system, thus existing sieve sizes can be used.
